Fempower was born out of the belief that no one should look in the mirror and say negative things about themselves. And yet that is what we have been conditioned to do based on societal and cultural constructs of beauty. We're healing the harms of the beauty industry with luxury products and services that affirm and uplift. And we know we can’t do it alone. We create beauty experiences through partnerships with educator activist influencers who have you. The products we co-create with each partner align with your values and are designed to push culture forward in the way the you are yearning for. Together we are limitless.
Meet the founders
Christina and Alexis have been partners in business and in life since 2014, and recently married in July 2022. Their collective struggles and intersectional identities lead them to build a brand rooted in shattering beauty standards. Their ultimate goal is to teach people to love themselves intimately through the use of their beauty products and services. They co-developed the propriety beauty coaching service called the Affirmation Application, and the products to go with the experience to help every human affirm themselves every time they look in the mirror.
Alexis Androulakis is a beauty industry veteran, product development expert, and brand strategist.
Dr. Christina Basias’ has Ph.D in education technology and a tech-savvy wizard working in VR education.

The combination of color and pigment is perfect. Fempower is the best all year round all day lipstick that I’ve had in a long LONG time.
